Gluten free breakfast bowls

Gluten free breakfast bowls

Hello from Sri Lanka!

Yes I am back to teach here at sri Yoga Shala for three months after spending my summer in Holland. The Garden Cafe at the Shala is opening soon, and I offered myself up to try out some breakfast recipes, and even more important to taste it to make sure it is everything we wished for 😉
The results were amazing and of course I wouldn’t deny you guys these lovely gluten free recipes so you can try to make your own breakfast bowl! Just put all the ingredients into your blender and make a beautiful paste out of it. This will be your base. You can adjust this base to your liking by adding more dates to make it sweeter or more nuts to enhance the nutty flavor. Then you can start decorating with fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, or anything else you want to put into your bowl! Yummy 😀
