A cacao ceremony is a gathering in which we drink ceremonial cacao to boost our energy and open our hearts. In my cacao ceremonies, the most important ingredient is music.
Theobroma Cacao, (Latin for ‘Food of the Gods’), has been used for centuries in spiritual practices and rituals.
Cacao contains many beneficial minerals. It is really high in magnesium and chromium. It also contains a high amount of calcium, zinc, iron and sulfer. Another amazing fact: it makes us happy.
Cacao contains neurotransmitters already present in the brain such as:
~ Norepinephrine (joy)
~ Serotonin (wellbeing)
~ Dopamine (motivation, pleasure)
~ Anandamide (bliss, painkiller)
The cacao that I use in my ceremonies comes from Guatemala. If you would like to buy some to use at home, click on this link! -> PURE KAKAW. They also have lots of information on their website!
The mantra night is an evening ceremony in which we gather to drink ceremonial cacao and open our hearts with beautiful mantras and sacred songs. The vibe is meditative, relaxing and there is the opportunity to reconnect with ourselves and our community.
The ceremonial grade cacao (raw cacao) we serve is from Peru. Raw cacao opens the heart and allows for a deeper, authentic love based connection with yourself, others, the earth and all of life.
This evening starts around 7pm and ends around 10pm. Pleuni will be guiding the ceremony together with her lovely shruti box, and an amazing guitarist to accompany her.
The mantra night XXl is a full day and night experience. With this event we want to create community, bring people together, sharing joy and happiness. We take this time to reconnect to who we really are..the core of our being far away from the noise of the outside world.
We open the ground mid-day to arrive and set up your tent or van. We will start the cacao ceremony around our central fire at 7pm. We will work with the power of singing medicine songs (icaros), Sanskrit mantras and rainbow songs. We have a beautiful team of musicians (guitarists, percussionists, ukulele players, medicine drums) to accompany Pleuni and her Shruti box. The evening will go on for as long as we feel.
There will be a light dinner before going to bed. After waking up we again gather around the central fire for our meditation circle and to share breakfast.
The cacao mantra weekend is a full on 3 night experience with 2 cacao ceremonies. The ceremonies are held in a beautiful space around a fire. There will be different types of unique accommodation available, but there is also the option to come with your own tent or campervan.
During the day there is free time to go for nature walks, and/or connect with the tribe. The evenings are filled with songs, and sacred cacao 🙂
