Myo Fascial Release
Solve the issues in your tissues
In this 2 hour yoga workshop we will work with the so called Myo Fascial Release technique (myofascia means connective tissue) to release areas within the body that are tight, overused or underused. Through a series of self massage techniques
designed for the neck, shoulders, upper back, hips and legs we release tension and increase range of motion. Hereby we also improve blood and lymphatic circulation. The floor and the wall are used as a foundation for rolling out tensed areas.
Simultaneously we work on the parasympathetic nervous system, calming the body and the mind, as we enter a deep state of relaxation.
